Three permanent secretaries (Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries and Provincial Administration Southern province)toured GART LDC in Batoka. The PSs had a glimpse of the on-going works including the newly installed center pivot, renovated guest house and research offices, the National Pastures and Livestock fair site, and the Zesco 11kv power supply for the irrigation.
